Returns & Exchanges
At MaiaMina, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, our return and exchange process is designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible.
1. Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact support@maiamina.com and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in order processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@maiamina.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. All returned items will be inspected to determine eligibility for a refund. Please ensure the items are in their original, undamaged condition, without signs of wear or stains. Returns for goods damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted.
Note: Please do not return items to the original shipping address listed on the package. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping option to ensure a smooth return process.
3. Return Period
You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Personal Reasons (Dislike/Unsuitability):
You are responsible for the return shipping costs in these cases. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.
- Quality Issues (Wrong/Damaged Products):
If your return is due to a quality issue, such as receiving the wrong or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide a resolution.
5. Exchanges
To request an exchange, please email support@maiamina.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item you wish to exchange for. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Note:
The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with the receipt. Exchanges are only allowed for the same product; you cannot exchange for a product of different value.
6. Exchange Shipping Costs
- Non-Quality-Related Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for reasons unrelated to quality, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any price difference.
- Quality-Related Exchanges:
If the exchange is due to a quality issue, such as receiving the wrong or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs. Please provide your order number and photos of the issue when contacting us.
7. Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will arrange for the new item to be shipped. To expedite this process, please provide us with tracking information after sending the package back. It typically takes one business day to process the order for your exchange. Delivery times vary based on your shipping method, with standard shipping usually taking 5-7 business days.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Products that show obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, or missing parts, unless the issue was due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
9. Refunds
Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or PayPal balance.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@maiamina.com.
